Dr. Krishnappa Prasad MD
Dr Krishnappa Prasad is a board-certified physiatrist (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation) specializing in Pain management for 16 years. He earned his medical degree from Bangalore Medical College, Bangalore University, India. He also completed his three years of post-graduate training in internal medicine in India. He moved to the United States in 1999 and completed his internal medicine/ physical medicine and rehabilitation residency training at New York Medical College. After a brief stint as an attending physician/Director at a rehabilitation Hospital, he went on to pursue interventional spine and Pain management. He has been practicing comprehensive interventional and chronic pain management for over 16 years with compassion and dedication. He is also a member of numerous Professional associations.
He has been in ARKANSAS for over 13 years and has been associated with ARKANSAS spine and pain. He also served as the President of Pulaski County Medical Society in 2022. Currently, he has started his own office, Chenal Pain Management in Little Rock, Arkansas.
In Addition to his Academic education and training, Dr. Krishnappa Prasad is well-received and loved by his patients. He’s known to be compassionate and caring. He has been treating a wide variety of chronic pain conditions contributing to the physical and mental wellness of his patients. He is devoted to performing state of art spine interventions, and compassionate treatments, including medications and alternate approaches that help improve the quality of life of his chronic pain patients.
